These terms govern your use of mypandaplay.com and everything you buy on it. Placing an order means you accept them.

1. Who you are dealing with

PandaPlay is an independent provider of video game services, operated from Hong Kong SAR. In these terms “we”, “us” and “PandaPlay” mean the operator of mypandaplay.com, and “you” means the person placing an order.

Reach us any time on the live chat, at support@mypandaplay.com or on Discord. We do not take orders or support requests by phone.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Activision, Arrowhead, Sony, Microsoft, Playground Games, Rockstar Games, Take-Two, Valve, Epic Games or any other publisher or platform. Game names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe what a service is for.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a contract. If you are under 18 you may order only with the consent of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms for you. We may cancel and refund any order where we have reason to believe this is not the case.

3. What we sell

Digital game services: bot lobby sessions, boosting, accounts, in-game currency and items, redeem codes, top-ups and bundles, for the games listed on the site. Every order is carried out by a person.

What a service includes, how it is delivered and what you need to prepare is written on that service page. Those service pages are part of these terms. Where a service page and this page disagree, the service page wins for that order.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in US dollars. Any other currency shown is a convenience conversion; your bank decides the final rate.
  • Card, wallet and PayPal orders carry a payment processing fee, shown at checkout before you pay. Crypto orders do not.
  • We may change prices at any time. The price you saw when you placed the order is the price you pay.
  • Your order is a contract only once payment is confirmed. If a price was obviously wrong (a decimal in the wrong place, for example), we may cancel and refund instead of delivering.
  • Pay only with a payment method that belongs to you. Third-party payments are not accepted – see our AML Policy.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are on each service page and are summarised in our Refund Policy. The clock pauses while we are waiting on something from you – an Activision ID, a friend code, a sign-in, or an answer about the delivery method.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you give us. An order delivered to the ID, gamertag or friend code you supplied is a delivered order, even if that was not your account.

Your order ticket

Every paid order opens an order ticket: a private page, linked from your order email, where you talk to the staff handling your order, where we post delivery proof, and where you confirm the result. Anyone with the link can open it, so keep it to yourself; we can replace the link at any time.

When we mark an order delivered you have 24 hours to check it and tap Confirm completion or Report a problem. If you do neither, the order completes automatically when the 24 hours are up. Reporting a problem stops that clock until we have put it right. Automatic completion does not shorten the refund window in our Refund Policy.

You can keep messaging us in the ticket for 7 days after the order completes. After that it becomes read-only; live chat and email stay open.

6. Services that need access to your account

Some boosting and currency services need to sign in to your account. Where that is the case:

  • You give us the sign-in only through the encrypted account box on your order ticket – never in the ticket chat, by email, or in a public channel. Only the staff member working on your order can open it, and every time they do is logged.
  • We only touch what the service you bought covers. We do not spend your in-game currency, sell your items, or change your email or recovery details.
  • Do not log in while we are working. Doing so can interrupt or void the service.
  • Change your password as soon as the order is complete. We delete the credentials automatically 7 days after completion – the time you have to report a problem with the order.
  • Where a service can be done without your login – Auction House delivery, self-play boosting, a friend invite – we will say so on the page, and we recommend it.

7. Game rules and account risk

Buying game services is against the terms of service of most publishers. We work by hand, follow the safety rules printed on each service page, and pace deliveries to look normal – but no seller can promise a publisher will never act against an account. You accept that risk when you order. A ban that was not caused by an error on our side is not refundable; one that was is covered by the Refund Policy.

8. Refunds

Our Refund Policy is part of these terms and explains when you get a full refund, a partial refund, or none.

9. Things you must not do

  • Pay with a card, account or wallet that is not yours, or with funds from crime.
  • Open a payment dispute without contacting us first (see the Refund Policy).
  • Resell our services as your own without a written agreement with us.
  • Give us an account you do not own, or ask us to work on someone else’s account without their knowledge.
  • Abuse, threaten or harass our staff or workers.
  • Scrape, copy or republish the site’s content, prices or code.
  • Attack the site or try to bypass its security or payment flow.

We may refuse or cancel any order, and close access to our services, if any of this happens.

10. Accounts on this site

You can order as a guest or create an account. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email; keep access to that mailbox secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

11. Our liability

We deliver the service described on the page you bought. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss – lost in-game progress on an account we were not working on, lost time, lost profit, or action taken by a publisher that was not caused by our error.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order; the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Significant changes will be noted on the site.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country you live in.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
