The rules, in plain English

  • Commission is up to 10%. A handful of thin-margin lines can pay less, or nothing — we will tell you which before you promote them, not after.
  • Commission clears 14 days after the order completes. Refunded, cancelled and charged-back orders drop out.
  • One person, one account, one code. Codes are not for coupon aggregator sites.
  • No paid search on "PandaPlay" or misspellings of it. Non-brand keywords are fine — tell us and we will help.
  • Do not use your own code on your own orders.
  • Label sponsored content however your platform requires. This protects you more than it protects us.
  • Content deals are agreed in writing before you film. Views bought from bots or engagement pods do not count.
  • Either of us can walk away at any time. Anything already cleared still gets paid.

Questions people actually ask

Is there a minimum follower count?

No number you have to hit. We look at whether the people watching you actually play the games we sell for. A 400-member Discord for one game converts better than 100,000 general gaming followers, and we would rather work with the Discord.

How do you know a sale came from me?

Two ways, and they both count. Your link sets a 30-day cookie, so anything that visitor buys in the next month is yours. Your code is tied to your name in the checkout, so it counts even for someone who typed it in from a video without ever clicking a link.

What if they use my code but buy a different game?

Still yours. The code is attached to you, not to a game or a category. Everything in the store counts the same way.

My game is not in the store yet. Can I still apply?

Yes. Tell us which games your audience plays. Your code covers every game we sell, and every game we add after you join, so nothing changes on your side when yours arrives.

Do repeat purchases count?

Anything inside the 30-day window counts, and any later order where they use your code counts. We do not currently pay a lifetime commission on every future order the way a couple of the marketplaces do — if you bring us a lot of repeat buyers, come talk to us and we will work something out.

When exactly do I get paid?

An order clears 14 days after it completes, which covers our refund window and most chargebacks. After that it sits in your balance and you can ask for it any day you are over $50. USDT usually lands the same day, PayPal in up to three business days.

Can I run ads?

Yes, on non-brand keywords, and on Meta and TikTok. Not on our brand name or misspellings of it — that just makes us bid against you for traffic we would have had anyway. Tell us what you are planning and we will confirm in writing.

I run a Discord server, not a YouTube channel. Does that work?

It works better, honestly. A code people can type is the whole point of doing this with codes rather than links, and Discord is where most of our customers already are.

What do you pay in?

USDT or PayPal, your choice. Bank transfer for larger regular partners. We pay the network fee on USDT.
