PandaPlay Supplier Program

Here is exactly what happens to your goods

Two routes run through this store. On one we buy your stock outright; on the other you deliver an order we have already taken and been paid for. The map below shows both, and the exact step on each where the money reaches you.

Two routes, one store

Each route has one orange step. That is where the money reaches you — on the first it is the same day we take delivery, on the second it is the day the buyer’s refund window closes.

Track one · Stock — we buy it from you

  1. You send the goods

Currency, items, accounts, codes. Batch and rate agreed first.

  2. We check it in

Proof of delivery on both sides. Ten seconds, and it settles any dispute.

  3. You are paid

    Same day

USDT or USDC on whichever chain you name. The network fee is ours.

  4. A customer buys it

Next week, next month, never. That part is our problem, not yours.

Track two · Service — you deliver our orders

  1. A customer orders

We collect the money and carry the chargeback risk.

  2. You do the run

Only what the job needs reaches you. We keep the customer.

  3. 7-day refund window

The same window we give every buyer. Then it closes.

  4. You are paid

    Day 7

No minimum to reach first, no weekly batch to wait for.

Rate per batch or per order, agreed in writing before you start. No exclusivity, no quota — and we can decline a batch without a reason, exactly as you can decline a job.

What we need right now

Counted straight out of the catalogue as this page loaded. If your game is not here, say so anyway — adding one is a day of work, not a quarter. Showing 11 of 12 games — see them all.

The rules, in plain English

Short version: bring goods you came by honestly, show us you delivered, and we will not mess you around on payment.

The one that ends it

Everything you supply must be legally obtained

No hacked, phished or recovered accounts. Nothing bought with someone else’s card. Nothing pulled out of an exploit, a dupe or a compromised service. You confirm that in writing when we onboard you.

One breach ends the arrangement, forfeits anything still unpaid, and we hand over what we hold if a publisher or a law-enforcement request asks for it. This is the only rule on the page with that consequence.

01

Identity checks are tiered

We only ask for what the amount justifies, and only once.

Under $500 paid to youA payout address and that first small batch. Nothing else.
Above itIdentity, plus proof the payout account is yours.
02

Proof of delivery, every order

A screenshot or a short clip. Ten seconds, and it is the thing that settles a dispute in your favour rather than ours.

03

Rates agreed before you start

Per category, in writing. If we have to stop buying something we tell you before you stock up for it.

04

We handle the customer

Do not contact them, add them, or move a job off the platform after we introduce you.

05

No quota, no minimum

Supply us when it suits you. We can decline a batch without a reason and you can decline a job the same way.

Questions people actually ask

The things suppliers ask before they apply. Click a question for the straight answer.

Do you pay me before you resell it?

On the stock route, yes — we take delivery, check it and pay the same day. On the service route there is nothing to buy up front: you are paid out of an order that has already been paid for.

How do you actually pay?

USDT or USDC on whichever chain you name, and we cover the network fee. PayPal or a bank transfer is possible, but it is slower and the fee comes out of your side.

Do I have to send you my ID?

Not to start. Under $500 paid to you in total, all we need is a payout address and the first small batch. Past that we ask once — the same thing your bank would ask, for the same reason.

What will you not buy?

Anything you did not come by honestly, anything still recoverable by its original owner, and codes already redeemed or region-locked in a way you have not told us about. If you are not sure where something came from, that is already the answer.

Who talks to the customer?

We do, every time, on both routes. You are not on live chat, not chasing anybody for an in-game ID, and not dealing with a refund request.

What if the customer charges back?

That is our loss. A payment only comes back to you when the goods were the problem — an account recovered, a code already used, a boost reversed — or when the sourcing rule above was broken.

Can I set my own price?

No. This is a fixed catalogue, not a marketplace, so there is nothing for you to list against. You tell us what you need per unit, we tell you what we can pay, and if the two meet we do business.

I am one person with one game. Too small?

No. Plenty of what we sell is one category in one game, and somebody reliably good at exactly that is worth more to us than somebody vaguely available for everything.

Apply

Tell us what you can supply and roughly how much of it. We reply within 2 business days either way, and applying commits you to nothing. The first batch is capped at $100 so both sides can see the other one is real.

    Which side are you on?
How would you rather be paid?

We will send the rate in writing before you supply anything. Nothing on this page is an offer to buy a particular quantity at a particular price.
