Priority
Every paid order opens a ticket in the same workspace our team works from, and VIP tickets sort above standard ones — both when the order lands and every time you reply after the work has started. What this does not change: the delivery time written on each service page. Priority decides what gets picked up first, not how long the work itself takes.
Monthly code
VIP 3 → 5% (up to $10) · VIP 4 → 8% (up to $15) · VIP 5 → 12% (up to $25). One order each, 30 days to use it. It lands in your inbox and on your account page, on top of your standing discount.
Refund window
From VIP 4 it is 14 days instead of 7. It is fixed at the moment you order, so it stays with that order even if your tier changes later.
No payment fee
From VIP 5 the 2.9% + $0.30 that card, wallet and PayPal orders carry is dropped entirely. We absorb it.

What it saves you

The discount is worked out on the products in your order, whatever they are, across every game in the store — including the ones we add later.

Card and PayPal orders carry a 2.9% + $0.30 processor fee, added after the discount and never itself discounted. Crypto orders carry no processor fee at all, and that saving lands on top of your VIP discount.

    Any email address. There is no password to invent — you sign in with a six-digit code we email you.

    The discount shows as its own line in the order summary, before you pay.

    Climb the ladder

    Every paid order adds to your lifetime total. The next tier is live within a few minutes.

The small print, in full

Nothing here is buried in a terms page. This is the whole rule set.

  • Which orders count. Any order that has been paid for and is either being worked on or finished. Orders still awaiting payment, cancelled orders and failed orders do not count.
  • Refunds come back off. If an order is refunded in part or in full, that amount is taken off your lifetime total again.
  • Guest orders count too. If you have ordered before as a guest, those orders join your total as soon as you create an account on the same email address.
  • One discount at a time. A VIP discount and a coupon code cannot be combined. Apply a coupon and the VIP discount steps aside for that order, so use whichever is worth more to you.
  • It applies to the products. Payment processing fees are added after the discount and are not themselves discounted.
  • Timing. A new tier is live within a few minutes of an order being paid. If a purchase pushed you over a line and you still see the old rate, sign out and back in.
  • One account per person. Splitting your spend across several accounts will not get you there faster, and we may merge or close duplicates.
  • We may change the tiers. If the thresholds or the rates change, the tier you already hold stays with you.

Questions

Do I have to pay anything to join?
No. There is no fee and no subscription. Creating an account is the whole requirement, and that puts you at 1% straight away.
Can I still order without an account?
Yes. Checkout works perfectly well as a guest and always will. You just will not get the VIP discount on that order.
Where do I see my tier?
On your account page, and at the top of this page once you are signed in. It also shows as its own line in the order summary while you are checking out.
Does my tier expire if I stop buying for a while?
No. It is based on your lifetime total and only ever moves in one direction.
I used a coupon code — where did my VIP discount go?
The two cannot be combined. Remove the coupon and the VIP discount comes back, so compare the two and keep whichever saves you more.
Does the discount work on every game?
Yes. It is worked out on the products in your order, whatever they are, across every game in the store.
