Less Grind.
More Progress.

An independent game services store, run from Hong Kong since 2020. We do the grinding — currency, camos, ranks, cars, accounts — so the game gives you the part you came for.

125,855 orders completed
41,351 customers served
26,283 members in our Discord

LiveOrders and customers update as new orders come in. Discord members come straight from Discord.

Why we exist

Most of what a live-service game asks of you is not play.

It is attendance. The same lobby, the same route, the same drop, a hundred times over, so that a number goes up. Some people genuinely enjoy that. Most people have a job.

Buying your way past it has always had its own problem: you hand money to a stranger and hope. That is the part people actually dread — whether the account is as fresh as the listing says, whether the code has already been sold once, whether anyone answers at all when it goes wrong.

We built PandaPlay to be the boring alternative: a person takes your order and plays it out, and everything we will and will not do is written down before you pay.

No bots, no mod menus, no unlock tools, no reused stock codes. Slower than automating it, on purpose.

Where we came from

We started the way most of this industry starts.

Filling Call of Duty bot lobbies for people in our own Discord, one order at a time, because we were already doing the work for ourselves. That was 2020.

125,639 orders later, the method has not changed — only the scale. The catalogue keeps growing; there is still a person at the end of every order.

We are not a marketplace. Nobody lists on PandaPlay but us. There is no third-party seller to blame when an order goes wrong, and no dispute form to hide behind. It is ours, and it stays ours until you have what you paid for.

What we believe

Four things we will not trade away

Done by hand

A person joins the lobby, plays the account, runs the trade. Slower than automating it, and the only version we would use ourselves.

We won’trun bots, mod menus or unlock tools.

Your account comes before the sale

Where a service can be done without your login we build it that way and say so on the page. Where a login is unavoidable we tell you before checkout, ask for it privately, touch only what the order covers, and delete it the moment the work is done.

We won’ttell you a service carries no risk.

Priced against the market

Prices here are set by checking what the same service costs at the other big sellers, game by game, and pricing against that. Card fees are 2.9% + $0.30 and shown before you pay; crypto carries none.

We won’tquote a price that grows at checkout, or take a payment method that is not yours.

Written down, not promised

Delivery windows, the refund window, what happens if we miss a deadline — all of it is in the policies, in plain language, before you spend anything. Refunds follow those terms, not our mood.

We won’tsell you a stock account dressed up as a fresh one.

Our commitments

The parts with numbers on them

Delivery

Every service page carries its own window; where none applies, 24 hours. The clock pauses while we are waiting on your ID or friend code.

How delivery times work

Refunds

Seven days to ask. First reply within 12 hours, closed within three business days. Boosting refunds are pro-rated against the progress made.

Payment

Card or crypto, the fee shown before you pay. Refunds go back the way they came, and only that way.

If you have read this far: the whole business is one promise, kept one order at a time.
