PandaPlay respects copyright. If something published on mypandaplay.com uses your work without permission, tell us and we will take it down. We do not argue with rights holders about images.
Send your notice to support@mypandaplay.com with the subject line Copyright Claim. Where possible, write from an official company address – it speeds up verification.
1. What to include in a notice
So we can act quickly and correctly, please give us all of the following:
- The exact URL on mypandaplay.com where the material appears, and enough detail to identify it on that page (which image, which text).
- A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed, and where the original can be seen if it is online.
- Proof that you are the rights holder, or that you are authorised to act for them.
- Your full legal name, company, postal address and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
If your notice is missing something but the material is clearly identified, we will not use that as an excuse to ignore it – we will act and then come back to you for the rest.
2. What we do when we receive one
- We acknowledge your notice within 2 business days.
- We remove or disable the material while we review it. For images and artwork this normally happens the same day.
- We tell you what was removed and where.
- If we believe the use was licensed or otherwise lawful, we will say so and explain why, rather than quietly restoring it.
3. Counter-notice
If we removed material that you supplied and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address containing:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material and where it appeared before removal;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a court in the district of your address, or – if your address is outside the United States – of any jurisdiction in which we may be found, and that you will accept service from the complaining party.
We will pass a copy to the complaining party. If they do not tell us within 10 business days that they have gone to court, we may restore the material.
4. False claims
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a takedown notice or a counter-notice can make you liable for damages, including costs and legal fees. Please do not use this channel to remove a competitor’s page.
5. Repeat infringement
Where material was supplied to us by a supplier or partner and they repeatedly send us work that is not theirs to give, we end the relationship. Where a customer account is involved, we close it.
6. Game names, logos and artwork
PandaPlay is an independent provider of video game services and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any game publisher or platform holder. Game titles, logos, cover art, screenshots and in-game imagery are the property of their respective owners and appear here only to identify the game a service relates to. If you are a rights holder and want a specific asset removed or replaced, write to us and we will do it – no notice under section 1 is needed for that; a plain email is enough.
7. This channel is only for copyright
Order problems, refunds and account questions are not handled here – use Contact Us, and see the Refund Policy. Notices about trademarks or other rights can be sent to the same address, marked accordingly.
