PandaPlay sells digital game services. We are not a bank, a money transmitter or an exchange, and we do not hold funds for anyone. We still take money laundering seriously, because we accept card, wallet and cryptocurrency payments – and this page explains the rules we apply.

1. What we will not accept

  • Payment with funds that come from crime, fraud or any illegal source.
  • Payment with a card, account or wallet that does not belong to you. Third-party payments are not accepted.
  • Payment from, or delivery to, a person or country under international sanctions.
  • Splitting one large purchase into many small orders to stay under a threshold.
  • Using our services to convert value from one form into another – buying to resell for cash, or asking us to send funds anywhere other than back to the original payment method.
  • Buying on behalf of someone whose identity you will not disclose.

2. Checks we may run

Most orders need nothing beyond the details you give at checkout. We may pause an order and ask for more before we deliver when:

  • the order value is unusually high, or many orders are placed in a short time;
  • the payment details, delivery details and account details do not match;
  • a payment is flagged by our payment provider;
  • the payment comes from a wallet or region associated with a high risk of fraud.

What we may ask for: proof that the payment method belongs to you, and identity documents. We ask for the minimum that settles the question, we handle it under our Privacy Policy, and if you would rather not provide it we cancel the order and refund it instead.

3. Refunds go back to the source

Every refund goes back to the payment method the money came from – the same card, the same PayPal account, the same crypto wallet. We will not send a refund to a different card, a different account, a different wallet or a different person, for any reason. This is the single most important rule on this page.

4. Cryptocurrency

Crypto payments are processed by a third-party payment provider that performs its own screening. We receive a confirmation that a payment settled; we do not custody your coins. Crypto refunds go back to the sending wallet, in the same coin, at the rate on the day of the refund, minus the network fee – as set out in the Refund Policy.

5. Records and reporting

We keep order and payment records for up to 7 years. Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a transaction involves the proceeds of crime, we may refuse or cancel it, report it to the relevant authority or to our payment providers, and we are not permitted to tell you that a report was made. We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and from card issuers investigating fraud.

6. If we cancel your order

An order stopped by these rules is refunded to the original payment method, unless a law or a lawful instruction prevents it. Repeated attempts to breach this policy will end our willingness to serve you.

7. Suppliers and sellers

We buy from suppliers as well as sell to players, and money leaving PandaPlay is held to the same standard as money coming in. If you supply us, these rules apply to you.

  • Where the goods came from. We do not buy currency, items, accounts or codes obtained from hacked or stolen accounts, from purchases made with stolen cards, or from any other illegal source. If we have reason to believe a batch came from one of these, the arrangement ends, anything still unpaid is withheld, and we keep the records.
  • Checks are tiered. Below $500 paid to you in total, we need a payout address and a first small batch, nothing else. Above that we ask once for identity and for proof that the payout account is yours – the same thing a bank would ask.
  • We pay the person we agreed with. Payouts go to the verified account of the supplier we contracted with. We do not redirect a payout to a third party, to a different name, or to a new address on request.
  • Proof of delivery. Every order is expected to carry a screenshot or a short clip. It protects you as much as it protects us – it is the thing that settles a dispute in your favour rather than ours.
  • Payment is held for 7 days, the same window a buyer has to ask for a refund. After that it is released.
  • Sanctions apply in both directions. We do not buy from, or pay, a person or entity under international sanctions.
