Requisition Slips in Helldivers 2 come from mission and objective rewards, extraction (with a bonus for time left), slips at points of interest (100 each for the whole squad, occasionally 1,000), and Major Orders. Difficulty is the multiplier: Hard (5) pays 75% more than Trivial, Helldive (9) 250% more and Super Helldive (10) 300% more. You can hold 50,000 at most; anything past that is thrown away.
Requisition is easy to ignore until the tier 4 ship modules start asking for 20,000 to 35,000 each, and then it is the currency that gates everything. The numbers on this page come from the community-run Helldivers Wiki (its Requisition Slips, Difficulty and Ship Modules pages and the individual stratagem pages), so the multipliers and drop chances are player-recorded rather than an official table, and the wiki itself flags the rare-slip chance as an estimate.
If you are here because of the cost side, that is a separate page: every ship module upgrade cost lists the 335,000 Requisition the module tree needs.
Where Requisition Slips come from
The wiki lists five sources. In rough order of how much they matter:
- Mission rewards. Completing the primary objective and any optional objectives pays Requisition, and the whole amount is scaled by the difficulty bonus below. For Eradication missions the wiki gives the exact base: 100 Requisition per difficulty level, so a difficulty 6 Eradication pays 600 before bonuses and a difficulty 3 one pays 300.
- Extraction. Extracting pays a set amount, plus extra for the mission time still on the clock when the Pelican leaves. Fast, clean missions pay more here than slow ones.
- Slips on the map. Requisition Slips sit inside Minor Places of Interest: pods, cargo containers and bunkers. Each one gives 100 Requisition to every Helldiver present, not just the one who picks it up. The wiki estimates a “roughly 1–5%” chance of a slip being worth 1,000 instead, and in its trivia section admits that figure is speculation from a few hours of testing.
- Major Orders. Some Major Orders pay Requisition on completion.
- Starting balance. New accounts get 1,000 after basic training. It is not a farm, but it explains where your first stratagem came from.

How difficulty changes Requisition rewards
The wiki’s Difficulty page gives one multiplier per difficulty that applies to Requisition and Experience (not Medals, which have their own per-mission counts):
| Difficulty | Name | Requisition bonus |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Trivial | 0% |
| 2 | Easy | 0% |
| 3 | Medium | +25% |
| 4 | Challenging | +50% |
| 5 | Hard | +75% |
| 6 | Extreme | +100% |
| 7 | Suicide Mission | +150% |
| 8 | Impossible | +200% |
| 9 | Helldive | +250% |
| 10 | Super Helldive | +300% |
Two things to read out of that. The bonus is on mission rewards, not on the slips you pick up, which stay at 100 (or 1,000) whatever the difficulty. And the curve is steep at the top: a +250% bonus means difficulty 9 pays 3.5 times the base reward, and +300% means difficulty 10 pays four times it.
A multiplier is not the same as Requisition per hour, though. How much you actually earn depends on how long the mission takes, whether you fail it, how many slips you find and whether you extract with time to spare, and the wiki does not publish a per-hour figure for any of that. What the table does tell you is that the reward side of the ledger scales hard with difficulty.
How to choose a Requisition Slip farming method
Without per-hour data we are not going to declare one method fastest. What the wiki’s numbers support is a choice between two approaches, depending on what your squad can clear:
- Higher difficulties, if you complete them reliably: the +150% to +300% multiplier on mission rewards is the largest single lever the wiki records, and it stacks with the extraction time bonus. Super Samples also only spawn at Extreme and above, so a ship-module grind and a Requisition grind can run in the same missions.
- Thorough point-of-interest sweeps on whatever difficulty you are comfortable with, because every ordinary slip pays 100 to everyone on the squad. Splitting up to cover more pods and containers raises the number of pickups the whole team shares; a bunker is the exception, since it normally takes two Helldivers pressing its buttons at the same time (the wiki lists the LIFT-182 Warp Pack as the way to bypass that).
A worked example of the sharing rule: if the four of you find four ordinary slips between you in a mission, each Helldiver receives 400 Requisition from pickups, on top of the mission reward.
Whatever you choose, watch the cap. The account holds 50,000 Requisition and discards anything above it, so spend before you farm, not after.

Requisition buys three things, and the wiki has a price for each:
Stratagems
Stratagems are bought at the Ship Management terminal in the Patriotic Administration Center, each with a level requirement and a Requisition price. We went through every page in the wiki’s Stratagems category and found 58 stratagems priced in Requisition; adding their listed prices gives 449,000 Requisition for the full set, a total that is ours, not the wiki’s. Warbond stratagems are unlocked with Medals inside their Warbond, two (the MG-43 Machine Gun and Orbital Precision Strike) are free defaults, and a few, such as the TD-110 Maelstrom, are campaign rewards; none of those are in the total. The full list:

Ship modules, tier 4 and 5
The first three tiers of every ship section cost only samples. From tier 4 each upgrade also costs 20,000 to 35,000 Requisition, and the twelve tier 4 and 5 upgrades add up to 335,000. Because that is nearly seven times the cap, they have to be bought one at a time as the balance allows. The full table is in the ship module costs guide.
Weapon attachments and patterns
The primary weapon customisation system charges Requisition for attachments and patterns. The wiki does not list a total for those.
Adding the two sums that are known, the 58 Requisition-priced stratagems and every tier 4–5 ship module, comes to 784,000 Requisition before a single attachment. That is the number that makes the 50,000 cap feel small. Any Requisition beyond what you need can also be donated to the Democracy Space Station for its Orbital Blockade action.

What is the max Requisition in Helldivers 2?
50,000. The wiki states any Requisition earned past that is discarded.
Do Requisition Slips give more on higher difficulty?
Mission rewards do: +25% at difficulty 3 rising to +300% at difficulty 10. Slips picked up on the map pay a flat 100 (rarely 1,000) regardless of difficulty.
Does everyone get the Requisition Slip I pick up?
Yes. The wiki states every slip found gives its value to all Helldivers present: normally 100, or 1,000 on the rare ones.
How much Requisition do all stratagems cost?
449,000 for the 58 stratagems the wiki prices in Requisition, by our sum of its pages. Warbond stratagems cost Medals inside their Warbond and are excluded.
What is the chance of a 1,000 Requisition Slip?
Not confirmed. The wiki says roughly 1–5% and notes in the same article that the figure is speculation.
