Where do I enter a coupon code?

Coupon codes go in the order summary on the checkout page — the panel on the right that lists what you are buying, just above the total. Type the code, press Apply, and the discount appears as its own line straight away.

If the code will not apply

• Check for stray spaces. Codes copied from a Discord message often carry one at the end.
• Codes are usually tied to something — a game, a service, or a minimum order. If nothing in your cart qualifies, the code will not attach.
• One code per order. Codes do not stack with each other.
• Check the expiry. Event codes are short-lived by design.

Still stuck with a code you believe should work? Ask in Discord before you pay — we cannot apply a code to an order that is already placed.
