I paid, but my order still says pending
Do not pay again. An order that shows pending after payment is almost always waiting on the payment network, and it clears itself.
If you paid with crypto
The order stays pending until the blockchain confirms your transaction. Fast chains take under a minute; Bitcoin can take considerably longer when the network is congested. Nothing is stuck — the moment the confirmations arrive, the order moves to processing on its own.
If you paid by card, wallet or PayPal
Payments happen on the processor’s own page, and you are sent back to us afterwards. If you closed the tab, lost signal, or the browser did not complete the return trip, the payment is fine but our copy of the order has not caught up yet. The processor notifies us separately and the order updates within a few minutes.
What to do
- Give it ten minutes. Most of these resolve without anyone doing anything.
- Check your bank app or wallet. If the money has not actually left, the payment did not go through — open the order again and pay.
- Still pending after that? Message us on live chat or Discord with your order number, and the transaction hash if you paid in crypto. We can match the payment by hand.
Unpaid orders stay open for 24 hours before they are cancelled automatically, so a late payment still lands on the right order. If yours was cancelled and you did pay, send us the order number — we can bring it back.
