ARC Raiders removed Cred in the Frozen Trail 2.0 update on October 8, 2026. Feats now pay Reward Points instead: 15 for Easy, 25 for Medium and 50 for Hard, plus three weekly milestones worth 250 points each. Reward Points go straight into whichever Reward Pass is active, either the 60-level Frozen Trail Pass or the Legacy Pass that now holds your old Raider Decks.

The system details in this guide come from Embark’s Frozen Trail 2.0 update notes and Reward Pass explainer; the Cred-expiry history comes from Live Update 1.45.0. For the map, enemies and weapons that came with the same patch, see our Frozen Trail update guide.

What happened to Cred in ARC Raiders

Cred is gone. The 2.0 notes say it “has been removed from the game and replaced by Reward Points,” a new currency that is applied automatically to the pass you have active. You no longer bank a balance and spend it on a deck.

Embark had warned about this in its Live Update 1.45.0 notes in September: any Cred left on your account would expire with the Frozen Trail update. Rewards you had already claimed are kept.

Embark’s reason, from the Reward Pass explainer, is that players were stockpiling Cred and finishing each new Raider Deck the day it came out, which made the rewards feel less rewarding. Reward Points cannot be saved up the same way because they apply to your active pass as you earn them.

How Reward Points work: Feats and weekly milestones

Feats, the short in-game challenges, were split into three difficulty tiers with 2.0. Each completed Feat pays Reward Points and also adds to a weekly milestone counter:

Feat tierReward PointsWeekly milestone progress
Easy15+1
Medium25+2
Hard50+3

There are three weekly milestones, and each one pays 250 Reward Points:

  • Milestone 1: reach 4 milestone progress.
  • Milestone 2: reach 8 milestone progress.
  • Milestone 3: reach 12 milestone progress.

That is 750 Reward Points a week from milestones alone. Four Hard Feats are enough to reach 12 progress. After the third milestone you can keep completing Feats for their own points, but Embark says no further milestone rewards are granted until the weekly timer resets.

How many Reward Points one pass level costs is not in either Embark post, so we cannot say how many weeks the 60 levels take. The end-of-round screen now previews milestone progress and the rewards earned that round, which is the easiest place to track it.

Frozen Trail Pass: Free vs Premium track

The Frozen Trail Pass has 60 levels on two tracks. Per Embark’s explainer:

  • Free track: all the new base outfits, plus cosmetics, weapons, gadgets, items and up to 200 Raider Tokens.
  • Premium track: premium toggles, modifications and colorways for the new outfits, exclusive legendary weapon stencils, hairstyles and up to 1,150 Raider Tokens. It has no gameplay items such as weapons or gadgets.
  • Premium price: 1,150 Raider Tokens, the same amount the Premium track pays out over its levels.

The 2.0 notes add two Premium-only counts. Of the 14 new Weapon Stencils, 5 are exclusive to the Premium Pass, 1 to the DLC and 8 can be found Topside. Of the 100 new Outpost Furniture Designs, 4 are exclusive to the Frozen Trail Pass.

The Frozen Trail Collector Set DLC also grants the Premium Pass, along with the Renzo cosmetic set, the Dragon’s Breath stencil, the Bob hairstyle, 2,400 Raider Tokens and a Retro Sofa for the Outpost. Embark’s explainer says it is the only way to get the Banjo blueprint. Neither post gives the DLC’s cash price.

Legacy Pass: where your old Raider Decks went

Your Raider Decks were not deleted. They were folded into a single free Legacy Pass:

  • Every reward you already unlocked from a Raider Deck stays unlocked and shows as granted.
  • You can keep progressing the Legacy Pass at any time by setting it as your active pass.
  • Only one pass can be active, so your Reward Points go to the Legacy Pass or the Frozen Trail Pass, never both.

If you missed cosmetics from older decks, switching the Legacy Pass to active is how you earn them now. Switch back when you want points to go into the Frozen Trail Pass.

Two backpack attachments are available as Twitch Drops from October 8 to November 4, 2026: the Oxygen Respirator for watching ARC Raiders streams for at least 60 minutes, and the Mailbox for 120 minutes.

The other 22 Furniture Designs unlock by upgrading the Outpost, and 73 can be found Topside. You unlock the Outpost itself by completing a project that starts with taking a photo of a farmland house, so bring a Camera.

ARC Raiders quest and leveling services

Reward Points come from Feats, but quests and levels still drive the rest of your progression after 2.0, including Skill Points for the rebuilt ARC Raiders skill tree:

Frequently asked questions

Did my Cred convert into Reward Points?

Not confirmed. Embark said unspent Cred would expire with the Frozen Trail update, and the 2.0 notes say Cred was removed and replaced. Neither post mentions a conversion.

Is the ARC Raiders Reward Pass free?

The Free track and the Legacy Pass are free. The Premium track costs 1,150 Raider Tokens, or comes with the Collector Set DLC.

How many Reward Points do you get per week?

The three weekly milestones pay 250 each, 750 in total, on top of 15, 25 or 50 points per Feat.

Can you progress two Reward Passes at once?

No. Only one Reward Pass can be active at a time, and Reward Points go to that one.

Does the Premium Pass give better weapons?

No. Embark says the Premium track contains no gameplay items such as weapons or gadgets; those are on the Free track.
