Refunds & Warranty

What is covered, and what is not?

Full refund

  • Nothing was delivered inside the window on your order.
  • We cancelled the order, or ran out of stock and you do not want to wait.
  • You cancelled before we started the work.

Partial refund

  • Part of the order arrived. You choose — wait for the rest, or take a refund on what has not arrived.
  • Boosting already in progress. We refund the part not yet completed, based on the progress at the time you ask.

No refund

  • Delivered exactly as described. Buyer’s remorse after a completed digital delivery is not something we can take back.
  • A ban we did not cause. Buying game services breaks most publishers’ terms; we work by hand and follow the safety rules, but a publisher acting on its own is outside our control. If a ban was caused by our error, that is our fault and the full-refund rules apply.
  • An ID you typed incorrectly, where the delivery went to the account you gave us. Tell us quickly and we will usually still sort it out — but it is not automatically a refund.
Not sure which case you are in? Send the order number and let us look. We would rather settle it in a message than have you guess.
