MW4 Redeem Codes: How to Redeem and the 40-Hour 2XP Cap

MW4 codes are redeemed at callofduty.com/redeem. Sign in with the Activision account linked to your platform, enter the code, and restart the game if it is running. Rewards then show up in Modern Warfare 4. Double XP codes have a limit: you can redeem 1 hour of 2XP per day, up to 40 hours in total.

How to redeem a code in Modern Warfare 4

Every promotional code for MW4 goes through the same official page. The steps below follow the redemption instructions in the Monster Energy x Modern Warfare 4 FAQ.

1. Go to callofduty.com/redeem.
2. Log in with your Activision account, or create one. Use the account that is linked to the PlayStation, Xbox, Battle.net, Steam or Switch 2 account you play on.
3. Enter the code. If it is valid, you are sent to a success page.
4. The success page lists the items you received.
5. If the game was open while you redeemed, close it and restart it. Redeemed items only appear in your inventory after a restart.

The MW4 Double XP code limit: 1 hour a day, 40 hours total

This is the rule most people miss. The Monster Energy FAQ states that you are “limited to 1 HR of 2XP per day, for up to 40HRS total”, and that the cap “applies to all 2XP redemptions for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 (not limited to this promotion)”.

• You can only redeem one hour of Double XP from codes each day.
• Across all promotions, the total is capped at 40 hours.
• Redeemed 2XP stays on your Activision account and carries over to the next season, according to the same FAQ.

Codes can be different lengths, so plan by time: redeem no more than 1 hour of 2XP per day. The FAQ also suggests you check your current progression before you redeem a 2XP code. The FAQ we quote is the U.S. (en-us) version of the promotion site, so rules in other regions may differ.

Which MW4 promotions give you a code?

These are the code promotions we could confirm from official Activision or partner sources as of October 25, 2026.

Monster Energy x Modern Warfare 4

Buy a participating Monster Energy can, upload the code under the tab on the promotion site, then take the code it gives you to callofduty.com/redeem. The promotion runs from September 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027, and in-game rewards must be redeemed on your Activision account by April 30, 2027. On the Monster site you can upload as many tab codes as you like, but you can only unlock one 2XP code every 24 hours. That is a separate limit from Activision's 1 hour of 2XP per day when you redeem.

The Monster FAQ also lists two time-limited extras. Signing up on the countdown page between August 14 and August 31, 2026 sent a 2XP token by email. Uploading a tab code during launch weekend, October 23 to 25, 2026, earns one more 2XP token.

Call of Duty Endowment (C.O.D.E.) Valor Pack

The C.O.D.E. Valor Pack is a paid pack sold through Activision, with 100% of Activision’s net proceeds going to the Call of Duty Endowment. U.S. service members and veterans can claim it free through a USAA giveaway, which Activision describes in its launch-day blog post. Rewards that arrive without a code

Some MW4 bonuses are granted straight to your account, so there is nothing to type in. Activision’s launch post says players who link Activision and Discord get a bonus calling card, and players who linked during the Beta also receive 1 hour of Double XP and 1 hour of Double Weapon XP after re-linking. MW4 code redemption problems

• It is from an older promotion. The Monster FAQ says 2XP codes from previous Call of Duty promotions cannot be redeemed for this one.
• Check the daily 2XP limit. Only 1 hour of 2XP can be redeemed per day, so if you already redeemed an hour today, try the next code tomorrow.

If the code worked but the items are missing in game, restart the game first. For tab code problems, the Monster FAQ points you to Monster Consumer Relations. For redeemed items that are missing in game, it points you to Activision Support at support.activision.com/monsterenergy.
