Monopoly GO free dice come from a fixed set of sources: automatic regeneration (up to 40 rolls an hour, to a 400 cap at the highest Net Worth), the Shop Free Gift every 8 hours, Daily Treats, three Quick Wins tasks a day, up to 200 rolls per completed board, Community Chest, album set rewards, event milestones, one-time account-linking bonuses, friend invites and official dice links.

Everything above comes from Scopely’s own MONOPOLY GO! help center, apart from the size of dice links and invite rewards, which Scopely does not publish. Below is what each source pays, how often it resets, and what stops you from collecting it. Dice and rolls mean the same thing here: the game calls them Rolls.

How Monopoly GO dice regenerate, and how long a refill takes

Scopely’s Dice Rolls help article says rolls refill on their own whenever your balance is below your Roll Capacity. The current maximum is 40 rolls per hour with a capacity of 400. Both numbers start lower and rise as your Net Worth grows and you complete board levels.

  • Empty to full takes 10 hours at the maximum rate (400 ÷ 40). A lower-level account refills more slowly, to a lower cap.
  • Anything above the cap stops the clock. Rolls from gifts and links can push you past 400, but regeneration only restarts once you drop back under it.
  • There is no way to raise it manually. Scopely says it has no planned change to the cap. Roll Rush, a short flash event, temporarily boosts regeneration and the cap, but it cannot be requested.

The practical habit: spend down below your cap before you go to sleep or to work, so the full 10 hours of refill is not wasted. A balance sitting at 400 earns nothing.

Regeneration is steady but slow: at the top rate it adds up to 960 rolls a day only if you keep spending under the cap around the clock, and far fewer on a newer account. If you need a big balance for an event right now, waiting is the only free option.

Daily free dice: Shop gift, Daily Treats and Quick Wins

These three reset on a timer, so they are the ones you lose permanently if you skip them. Scopely’s Freebies article lists all of them.

Shop Free Gift (every 8 hours)

Open the Shop (the three colorful bars in the top left), then swipe the banner at the top until you reach the Free Gift box. Scopely says it can be claimed every 8 hours, so three checks a day collect all of it. Some media guides give a longer timer; the help center figure is 8 hours.

Daily Treats (login streak)

Daily Treats reward you just for logging in, and the rewards grow with a consecutive streak. They refresh at midnight local time. Miss a day and the streak resets to Day 1, according to the Daily Treats article. Rewards range from Cash and dice to sticker packs.

Quick Wins (three tasks a day)

Quick Wins gives three tasks each day that you finish through normal play. Per the Quick Wins article:

  • Tasks reset daily at 1:00 PM UTC; the weekly track resets Mondays at 1:00 PM UTC.
  • The tasks are worth 3, 4 and 5 points, so 12 a day and 84 a week. You need 74 points for the weekly Purple Sticker Pack, so you can lose up to 10 points; how many tasks that represents depends on their 3-, 4- or 5-point values.
  • Claim before the reset. Auto-Claim can recover unclaimed points later in the week, but not the task rewards such as rolls and Cash.

Tycoon Club gifts (eligible players)

Tycoon Club, the web-based loyalty program, has its own free gift in its Shop and a free wheel spin in Benefits. Both refresh every 23 hours and are separate from the in-game gift. Scopely’s Tycoon Club article says invitations go to players who have been active for about 35 days and reached Board 11.

Scopely posts reward links on its official social channels and in newsletter emails. Tapping one on your phone opens the game and adds the reward. The Social Media Hub article lists the official accounts: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube and the Discord server. The Freebies article names Facebook and Discord as where dice links appear. You can also reach these from the game’s menu under Join us.

  • Each link works once per account. “This reward has already been claimed” means you already have it.
  • Links expire. We do not list individual links here, because they stop working quickly. Take them from the official accounts directly.
  • Reward codes are separate. Scopely redeems those at monopolygo.com/rewardcode, and its help center said on September 10, 2026 that no codes were active. It warns against codes from unofficial websites.

The details below come from gaming media that track the links daily, not from Scopely. PCGamesN and Pocket Tactics (both updated September 30, 2026) say most links give 25 rolls, with occasional 60 or 75. Both say you need to reach level 15 and unlock the album before a link will redeem. They disagree on lifespan: PCGamesN says about a day, Pocket Tactics says a few days.

Invite friends and Community Chest dice

Friends unlock two separate dice sources: invite rewards when someone new joins, and the weekly Community Chest you play with partners.

Invite rewards

Tap Friends, then Invite, and share your link. Scopely’s friends article sets the conditions: the friend must use your link, must never have installed the game on their device before, and must finish the tutorial. A friend who downloads straight from the app store does not count. Rewards come through Invite Milestones, and Scopely does not publish the amounts. Media guides report 30 rolls per new friend, but this is not confirmed by Scopely.

Community Chest

Community Chest unlocks at board level 6. You team up with up to three partners, each on a separate chest, finish shared tasks for keys and land on Community Chest tiles to fill the bars. Per the Community Chest article, possible rewards include rolls, Cash, sticker packs and flash events. Progress resets every seven days, and a partner who does nothing earns neither of you that chest’s rewards. Scopely suggests its official Discord to find partners.

Board completion, events and account linking

These pay the largest single amounts outside albums, but they depend on what you are already doing in the game.

  • Finishing a board: each completed map gives a dice bonus, capped at 200 rolls. That cap is separate from your Roll Capacity.
  • Tournaments and Milestones: the sidebar and top-bar events carry rolls on their progress bars. Tournaments add a final leaderboard prize, and the Freebies article says a top-10 finish pays a large dice reward.
  • Jail doubles: rolling doubles to leave Jail pays the rolled number times your multiplier as rolls, and Jail rolls do not use your balance.
  • Account linking: verifying your phone number and email and connecting Facebook each give a one-time dice bonus. Disconnecting and reconnecting does not pay again.

Sticker albums: the biggest free dice payouts

Scopely’s Freebies article calls completed sets and albums the biggest dice payouts in the game. Each set holds nine stickers, and the set reward lands automatically when the ninth one arrives. Finishing the whole album pays a second reward and can unlock a Prestige album with more sets to complete.

Duplicates matter too. They turn into Stars, which open the Stickers for Rewards vaults, one vault of each color every 24 hours. When an album season ends, up to 700 leftover Stars convert into rolls, per Scopely’s stickers and albums article. Our Sticker Boom guide covers the flash event that adds extra stickers to every pack, and the next Golden Blitz is the only time gold stickers can be traded.

Free dice generators and other things that do not work

  • Generators and boost apps: Scopely’s Fair & Safe Play section says using third-party apps to manipulate game mechanics is against its terms of service.
  • Asking Support: Customer Support cannot grant free rolls.
  • Gifting dice: rolls cannot be traded, gifted or transferred between players.
  • Birthday rolls: there is no birthday roll gift; the game celebrates your account anniversary instead.

Rolls you already hold are safe across album seasons: Scopely says your balance carries over unchanged. To plan when to spend them, check today’s Monopoly GO events for boosts like High Roller and Cash Boost, when higher multipliers pay more.

If the free sources do not cover what an event needs, our Monopoly GO dice page tops up your balance, and Stars can open the vaults without waiting for duplicates. Accounts that already hold a large dice balance are also available.
