Delivery & Orders
How fast is delivery?
Most orders are delivered within 15 minutes of payment. There is no speed to pick at checkout and nothing extra to pay for delivery.
Boosting
On boosting, most orders have a booster starting within 15 minutes. That is when the work begins, not when it finishes. How long the run itself takes depends on what you ordered — the service page gives an estimate, and you can watch the progress while it happens.
Redeem codes
Redeem codes are emailed as soon as payment clears, usually within minutes.
Currency and items
Currency and items are handed over in game, so the clock also depends on you being reachable — see do I need to be online.
If it takes longer
If an order has not been delivered within 24 hours, the refund policy gives you a full refund.
The clock pauses while we are waiting on you — a player ID, a friend code, a sign-in, or an answer about the delivery method. It restarts the moment we have what we need.
