Do I need to be online when the order lands?

If you need to be there
- Accept the friend request. Most in-game deliveries need it first. It usually comes from the name we tell you in your order ticket.
- Have room. A full inventory, a full stash or a currency cap will bounce a delivery. Clear space before your window opens.
- Tell us when you are free. Send a rough window in Discord and we will aim for it rather than guessing.
Cannot make the window? Say so before it starts — we will reschedule rather than mark the order as delivered. Time spent waiting on you does not count against the delivery window.
If you must not be there
For boosting that runs on your account, logging in mid-run kicks the booster out and stalls the order. Stay off until we hand it back, and change the password when we do.
