What does an order store about me?

Updated 11 Sep 20262 min read

Short version: what is needed to take the payment, deliver the order, and defend it if someone later disputes the charge. The full detail is in our privacy policy — this is the plain-language version.

What an order holds

DataWhy
Email addressOrder confirmation, delivery of codes and account details, and signing in
Name and billing addressRequired by the payment processor to accept the payment
The game ID you typeSo the delivery reaches the right account
What you bought and whenThe order record itself
Your order ticketWhat you and our staff write there, delivery screenshots (deleted after 180 days), and when you confirmed or reported a problem — the record of what was delivered
IP address, browser, and which policy version you acceptedRecorded at checkout so we can answer a fraudulent chargeback with facts

What we do not hold

  • Card numbers. Payment happens on the processor’s own page; the numbers never reach our server.
  • Passwords, once your order is done. Credentials for a boosting run sit encrypted in your order ticket’s account box and are deleted automatically 7 days after the order completes.
  • Usable two-factor codes. A code you send in your ticket stays in the conversation, but it expires within minutes.
  • Tracking or advertising profiles. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker anywhere on this site.

Asking for a copy, or deletion

Email support@mypandaplay.com from the address on the order. We can send you everything held against it, or delete it — with the exception of records we are required to keep for accounting and dispute handling, which are listed in the privacy policy.
