Account Safety

Can I get banned for using PandaPlay?

The honest answer: buying game services is against the terms of service of most publishers, so there is always some risk. We reduce it as far as it can be reduced — we cannot remove it, and we will not pretend otherwise.

What we do about it

  • Every order is completed by a vetted worker. Each service page says how that service is delivered.
  • We follow the safety rules printed on each service page. They exist for a reason: pacing a bot lobby, avoiding prohibited streaks, keeping a delivery to normal in-game mechanics.
  • Where a service can avoid touching your account, it does. Bot lobbies, currency and item deliveries never need your login, which removes the single biggest risk factor.

What raises the risk

  • Ignoring the rules on the service page during a session — that is usually what causes a problem, not the order itself.
  • Very large, very fast progress on an account that has otherwise been quiet.
  • Talking about it publicly on the account you used.

Where we stand if it happens

A ban that was not caused by an error on our side is not refundable — that is written into our refund policy and we apply it consistently. If a ban was caused by our error, the refund rules for our mistakes apply and we will make it right.

If you are risk-averse, stay with the services that never touch your login, and read the rules box on the service page before you play. Most problems we have seen came from a rule being ignored mid-session.
