Currency and item deliveries: how they work

Updated 10 Sep 20262 min read

Currency and items are delivered inside the game, not to an inbox. That means you need to be reachable — and it means the game’s own limits apply to the delivery.

How the handover happens

It differs by game, and the service page always says which method yours uses:

  • Direct gift or drop. You share a friend code or join our lobby and the items arrive. No login, no password.
  • Face to face in a session. You need an active character and, for some games, to stay logged out while we set the delivery up.
  • Marketplace or auction house. You list an item, we buy it out. Your login stays private, but the game’s own sale fee applies, so order a little more than the balance you want to end with — the service page gives the fee and how much extra to order.

Two things that lose people money

Caps. Most games cap how much of a resource an account can hold. Anything delivered above the cap disappears — it is not recoverable, by us or by the publisher. If you are near a cap, spend down first, then message us for the rest.

Preconditions. Some items only land on an account that already meets a requirement — a weapon unlocked, a chapter reached, a mode available. The service page lists these; check them before you order rather than after.

Platform rates sometimes differ for the same amount — PC and console currency can be priced differently because the delivery method is different. The amount that lands in your account is the same either way.

If a delivery bounces

Tell us before you spend anything. A bounced delivery usually means a cap, a full inventory or an unaccepted friend request — all three are fixable in a message, and the time we spend waiting on you does not count against your delivery window.
