Buying an account: what you get

Updated 9 Sep 20262 min read

You get full ownership. The login is emailed to you, and the first thing you should do is change the email address and the password so the account is only yours.

What to expect

  • Built to order. Levelled and modded tiers are prepared for you rather than pulled off a shelf, so allow a few days — the service page states the window for the tier you picked, and a missed window is a full refund.
  • Specs are minimums. What is listed is the floor, never the ceiling. If an account ends up with more than the tier promises, that is yours too.
  • Platform matters. Some account services are tied to one store — Steam only, for example. The service page says which, and an account cannot be moved between platforms afterwards.

The first five minutes after delivery

  1. Change the password.
  2. Change the email address to one you control.
  3. Turn two-factor on with your own device.
  4. Sign out other sessions if the platform offers it.

Do this before you spend time on the account. It is also what makes a warranty claim straightforward, because the handover point is unambiguous.

Some games need you to already own the base game, or a subscription, for a purchased account or its content to be usable. The service page says when that applies — read that line before you buy.

If something is not as described

Message us within 7 days with the order number and a screenshot of what is missing. If the account does not match the listing, that is our error and the full-refund rules apply — see what is covered.
