How a boosting run works

Updated 17 Sep 20262 min read

Boosting is done by hand. Most runs are piloted — a booster plays as you, on your account and from your region, which needs a sign-in. Some are self-play — you join the booster through a friend invite and keep playing on your own account, so your login never leaves your hands. The boosting page tells you which before you buy.

A piloted run, step by step

  1. You order — most orders have a booster starting within 15 minutes.
  2. We ask for the login through the secure box on your order ticket, after payment. Never in checkout, never by email first.
  3. The booster signs in and starts. If your account has two-factor, you pass one code at that moment — in your order ticket, never in public.
  4. You stay logged out until we tell you the order is done. Logging in kicks the booster out and stalls the run.
  5. We hand it back and you change the password.

A self-play run skips steps 2 to 5: we send you a friend invite, you join and keep playing on your own account, and the booster works alongside you in the session.

What we commit to

  • Played by hand, in your region.
  • Everything earned during the run stays on the account. Currency, drops, levels, cosmetics — all of it is yours.
  • Progress you can watch while it happens, and a missed delivery window is a full refund.

Things that stall a run

  • Logging in mid-run, or changing the password without telling us.
  • Cross-progression switched off where the game needs it on for the work to land on your profile.
  • A two-factor prompt nobody answers.
Changed your mind halfway? We refund the part not yet completed, based on the progress at the time you ask.
