Seven of the ten Riven Tides keycards open suites in the west-side Panorama Azzurro hotel: 102 and 107 on the first floor, 113 in the east wing, 205 and 208 on the second floor, 311 on the third and 404 on the fourth. The Crane House Keycard opens a room in the middle Stacking Yard crane building, and Classified Records a room in the Port Authority Building. The tenth, Secure Storage, opens the Secure Storage room in the same Port Authority Building.
Where each Riven Tides keycard opens
Riven Tides packs its keycard doors into three buildings. The hotel sits on the west side of the map, the Port Authority Building on the northern waterfront, and the Stacking Yard with its three cranes on the east side. Keys for the other five maps are in our list of all ARC Raiders key locations.

Two kinds of community data are used below. Rarity, sources and the in-game descriptions come from the community-run ARC Raiders Wiki, which copies the item text. The wiki pages for these cards do not say which floor a room is on, so floors, hallways and room contents come from hands-on guides by DualShockers and GameRant. Embark does not publish room locations or loot tables.
| Keycard | Rarity | Building | Where the door is | Other source besides scavenging |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hotel Keycard No. 102 | Common | Panorama Azzurro | West wing, first floor, end of the hallway | None listed |
| Hotel Keycard No. 107 | Common | Panorama Azzurro | Central part of the hotel, first floor | Quest reward: Battening Down |
| Hotel Keycard No. 113 | Common | Panorama Azzurro | East wing | None listed |
| Hotel Keycard No. 205 | Common | Panorama Azzurro | Central part of the hotel, second floor | None listed |
| Hotel Keycard No. 208 | Common | Panorama Azzurro | Central part of the hotel, second floor | Reported in a safe inside room 107 |
| Hotel Keycard No. 311 | Common | Panorama Azzurro | Third floor, via the east-side staircase tower | Stage 4 of the Avian Alarm project (ended May 2026) |
| Hotel Keycard No. 404 | Common | Panorama Azzurro | West wing, fourth floor, end of the hallway | Wiki lists no source at all |
| Crane House Keycard | Uncommon | Stacking Yard | Top of the middle crane building | None listed |
| Classified Records Keycard | Uncommon | Port Authority Building | Two doors into one room; the two guides describe its position differently | None listed |
| Secure Storage Keycard | Epic | Port Authority Building | The Secure Storage room | None listed |
The wiki gives every card here except No. 404 a sell value of 100. No. 404’s page is still a stub with no description, weight or value filled in.

Riven Tides hotel keycards: Panorama Azzurro room by room
Embark’s Riven Tides patch notes 1.26.0 from April 28, 2026 introduced the hotel as “the lost luxury of the Panorama Azzurro hotel”. All seven numbered cards are Common, the lowest rarity of any door key. All seven share the same in-game text: each one “unlocks the door to one of Panorama Azzurro’s many suites”.
The room directions below come from DualShockers’ hotel room walkthrough. From the main entrance there is a zipline on the left and several staircases. Room numbers are shown in red above the doors.

Hotel Keycard No. 102
Room 102 is in the west wing. Take the zipline or the stairs up to the first floor and follow the hallway to its far end, where the door is. The wiki lists scavenging as its only source. Neither the wiki nor the guides we checked list what is inside.
Hotel Keycard No. 107
Room 107 is on the first floor in the central part of the hotel. It is the only hotel card with a quest source: Apollo’s quest Battening Down gives No. 107 and three Smoke Grenade Traps as rewards. The quest asks you to photograph cracks in the seawall, sample the shoreline near the hotel beach and fix a leaking oil pipe in the northeast.

Inside, GameRant’s room 107 guide lists suitcases, white drawers and cabinets, plus loose items such as weapons on chairs and tables. The notable detail is a small safe under the bed at the end of the room. On the writer’s first visit it held Hotel Keycard No. 208, and on later visits it mostly held random items such as Volcanic Rocks.
Hotel Keycard No. 113
Room 113 is in the east wing of the hotel. DualShockers gives no floor for it, and the wiki lists scavenging as the only source. We found no verified list of what is inside.
Hotel Keycard No. 205
Room 205 is one of two locked rooms on the second floor, in the central part of the hotel. Take the zipline or stairs up and check the door numbers. The wiki lists scavenging as the only source, and no source we checked lists its contents.
Hotel Keycard No. 208
Room 208 is the other second-floor room in the central part of the hotel. GameRant reaches it from room 107 by heading left down the corridor and taking the stairs up. It describes 208 as a suite spreading over several rooms and large hallways on two floors. The wiki lists scavenging as the card’s only source, but the room 107 safe is a reported second route.
Hotel Keycard No. 311
Room 311 has no direct route from the main entrance. Use the staircase on the east side of the complex, entered through the door at the base of the tall tower with the unusual architecture. Climb to the third floor and the door is straight ahead.
The wiki also lists No. 311 as a stage 4 reward of Avian Alarm, the temporary Raider project that launched with Riven Tides. That project ran from April 28 to late May 2026, so scavenging is the only source left. The contents of room 311 are not documented in any source we checked.
Hotel Keycard No. 404
Room 404 is in the west wing on the fourth floor, at the end of the hallway. It is the least documented card on the map. The wiki’s source line for it reads “Unknown”, and no source we checked lists what is inside.
Riven Tides Crane House Keycard in the Stacking Yard
The Crane House Keycard is Uncommon. Its in-game text says it opens a door in one of the Crane Houses, and the wiki narrows that to the middle one. The Stacking Yard is on the east side of Riven Tides, a container yard under three large cranes.

DualShockers’ Crane House guide puts the locked door near the top of the centre building of the three. A zipline runs up through that building, and ladders on either side also work. GameRant’s Crane House guide adds that the card opens two doors into the same room: climb the ladder, go into the crane’s control room and turn to face its opposite side.
GameRant lists these containers inside:
- A weapon case, plus a grenade tube or medical bag
- Four to six file cabinets
- Tech containers (sensors, plastic, wires and electronic components)
- A security breach locker
- Advanced Electronic Components on the console
Its guide also warns that Shredders often patrol the catwalks inside the Crane House.
Riven Tides Classified Records Keycard in the Port Authority Building
The Classified Records Keycard is Uncommon and opens the Classified Records room in the Port Authority Building, on the northern waterfront. The same building also holds the Secure Storage room. That is the Epic card on this map.

Both guides agree on one thing: the card opens two doors into the same room. They describe the spot differently. DualShockers’ Classified Records guide says the main floor is U-shaped and the room sits at the bottom of the U, midway between the two sides. GameRant’s Classified Records guide places it at the top of the control office on the east side of the building, opened with the red-lit security pads beside the doors. Both mention turrets on this floor.
GameRant lists at least seven tech cabinets, file cabinets, a medical bag or Raider bag on top of the cabinets, a weapon case between the rows, and desk drawers. An unlocked side room next to it also has lockers, according to DualShockers, and a Raider Hatch and the Seaside Elevator are both nearby for extraction.
How to get Riven Tides keycards
Every card here except No. 404 lists scavenging as a source on the wiki, and none of the sources publish drop odds. The only other routes on record are the Battening Down quest for No. 107, the room 107 safe for No. 208, and the finished Avian Alarm project for No. 311.
Two official rules apply to all of them. The cards are single-use: Embark’s patch notes 1.11.0 fixed an exploit that let players keep room keys after using them. And Embark’s patch notes 1.22.0 raised loot value in all locked rooms “with a scaled increase depending on the key rarity”. By that rule, the Uncommon Crane House and Classified Records rooms sit above the Common hotel suites on that scale. Embark has not published room-by-room numbers.
The 1.26.0 notes add one more official detail about locked rooms. Embark cut weapon spawns around the outskirts of maps and lowered average weapon durability outside locked rooms, while weapons inside locked rooms still spawn at “around 60 durability”.

Frequently asked questions
How many keycards are there on Riven Tides?
Ten. Seven open numbered suites in the Panorama Azzurro hotel, and the other three are the Crane House, Classified Records and Secure Storage keycards.
Which floor is each Panorama Azzurro room on?
According to DualShockers’ walkthrough, 102 and 107 are on the first floor, 205 and 208 on the second, 311 on the third and 404 on the fourth. Room 113 is in the east wing, and the guides we checked do not state its floor.
How do you get Hotel Keycard No. 404?
Not confirmed. The wiki’s source for No. 404 reads “Unknown”, and no quest or project reward is recorded for it.
Can you use a Riven Tides keycard more than once?
No. Keys and keycards are used up when you open the door, and Embark’s 1.11.0 patch closed an exploit that let players keep them.
Which Riven Tides keycard room has the best loot?
Not confirmed. Embark says locked-room loot scales with key rarity, which puts Secure Storage (Epic) first and the Crane House and Classified Records rooms (Uncommon) above the Common hotel rooms. No official loot tables exist to compare individual rooms.
