ARC Raiders’ Soul’s Offering project has four stages. Stages 1 to 3 each ask for four items, including 15 ARC Alloy, 15 Advanced ARC Powercells and 10 Remote Raider Flares. Stage 4 asks for a firework on the Santa Maria Houses rooftop. These details come from the community wiki, which lists an end date of November 16, 2026 that Embark has not confirmed.
Embark added the project in Live Update 2.3.0 on October 27, but its patch notes do not list the stages or rewards. Our ARC Raiders 2.3 patch notes guide covers the rest of that update. If you are short on materials, our ARC Raiders items page sells several of the ones below.
Soul’s Offering requirements for every stage
The requirements and rewards below come from the community-run ARC Raiders Wiki, not from Embark. The wiki marks the page as a stub, so treat it as a single community source and check the project screen in game. Embark spells the project “Souls Offering”; the wiki uses “Soul’s Offering”.

Across the first three stages that is 4 Dead Flowers in total, plus 15 ARC Alloy and 15 Advanced ARC Powercells. The Powercells are the biggest single ask.

Stage 3 gives you 3 Fireworks Box, and Stage 4 asks for a firework. The wiki does not say whether the Fireworks Box is what Stage 4 needs, so that link is not confirmed.
Where to find the new Soul’s Offering trinkets
Five of the items are new trinkets the wiki lists as added in Update 2.3.0. Its item pages say all five come from scavenging and give these details:

“Old World”, “Residential” and “Commercial” are the wiki’s loot-area tags, not specific map spots. The wiki gives no exact spawn points for these trinkets yet. Because Fancy Plate and Mask Fragment are Epic trinkets with a high sell value, think twice before selling them before Stage 3.
Stage 4: where the Santa Maria Houses are
Stage 4, Honor the Fallen, asks you to set off a firework on the rooftop of the Santa Maria Houses. Neither Embark nor the Soul’s Offering wiki page says where that building is. A separate community wiki page, for the quest Digging Up Dirt, puts a building of that name in Old Town on Buried City and describes reaching its top and opening a roof hatch. We assume it is the same building, but that is our inference from the name: the Stage 4 firework spot has not been confirmed independently.
When does Soul’s Offering end?
The wiki’s project page lists Soul’s Offering as a temporary project running for 20 days, from October 27 to November 16, 2026. Its Projects overview page gives the start as October 26 instead, so the two pages disagree by a day. Embark’s patch notes confirm the October 27 release but give no end date, so November 16 is not confirmed by Embark.

Where are the Santa Maria Houses in ARC Raiders?
A community wiki quest page puts the Santa Maria Houses in Old Town on Buried City. That this is the same rooftop Stage 4 asks for is our inference from the name, not confirmed.
What is the Soul’s Offering final reward?
The wiki lists the Pilgrim backpack cosmetic and the Offering Display Table design for Stage 4.
When does Soul’s Offering end?
The community wiki says November 16, 2026. Embark has not confirmed an end date.
Is Soul’s Offering a team project?
Embark describes Souls Offering as a player project, and our 2.3 guide quotes its line that everyone taking part shares in the offering. How shared progress works is not confirmed.
