MW4 Pre-Order Bonus: Inner Circuit M4 and How to Claim

A digital pre-order of Modern Warfare 4 (Standard or Vault) placed before October 23, 2026 gets you the Inner Circuit M4 Weapon Blueprint, the Hunter Killer Operator skin, the Gilded Pearl camo pack, Campaign Early Access on October 16, DMZ Early Access on October 20, and the ICR-1 “Shattered Relay” blueprint in Call of Duty: Mobile. Physical pre-orders get fewer of these.

Inner Circuit M4 blueprint: attachments and the Xbox version

Activision’s September 9 Inner Circuit post says the blueprint is “fully functional and ready to use at launch”. It comes with five attachments, built for mid and close range:

• 11.5″ Shortline Barrel
• FTAC Dominion Muzzle
• FSS Fireline Grip
• SZ Prima-4 Dot Optic
• ZLR ASP50 Stock

The look depends on your platform. Pre-order on Xbox Series X|S and the blueprint shows a translucent “OG Green” finish, a tribute to 25 years of Xbox. On PlayStation 5, Steam, Battle.net, Nintendo Switch 2 or Xbox on PC, it uses a mil-spec finish instead. Activision says both versions perform identically, and you cannot pick the finish yourself.

The fine print says you need MW4 on the platform you pre-ordered on, and the blueprint must be redeemed by October 23, 2027.

Hunter Killer skin and the Gilded Pearl camos

The Hunter Killer Operator skin unlocks as soon as you pre-order either digital edition, but only in Black Ops 7 or Warzone, so you need one of those installed to redeem it. It then arrives in MW4 at launch. Like the M4 blueprint, it must be redeemed by October 23, 2027.

The Gilded Pearl pack was added to the pre-order blog on July 23. It has two Universal Weapon Camos:

• Moonlit Pearl unlocks at once in Black Ops 7.
• Gilded Ruin needs a Black Ops 7 challenge: earn 5,000 Skulls from eliminations. Activision lists 5 Skulls per Endgame kill, 10 in Multiplayer, 1 in Zombies and 30 in Warzone.

Any camos you have unlocked become usable on MW4 weapons at launch; Gilded Ruin still requires completion of the Black Ops 7 challenge. The first 100,000 players to finish the challenge got a serialized, individually numbered Gilded Ruin. Activision says players who finish after those are gone still unlock the standard Gilded Ruin without the serial number. Whether any serialized copies are still left is Not confirmed.

How to claim the Shattered Relay blueprint in Call of Duty: Mobile

The newest bonus, from Activision’s October 12 Call of Duty: Mobile post, is the “Shattered Relay” blueprint for the ICR-1 assault rifle in Call of Duty: Mobile. It comes with any digital edition. The steps:

1. Create or link an Activision Account in Call of Duty: Mobile.
2. Pre-order any digital edition of MW4, on console or PC, by October 23.
3. Log into MW4 on launch day, October 23, as soon as you can, so your Activision ID is counted.
4. Check your Call of Duty: Mobile in-game mailbox. Delivery runs in phases from October 30 and finishes by November 30.

The Activision account you use in MW4 must be the same one linked to your Call of Duty: Mobile app. If nothing arrives by November 30, Activision says to contact Activision Support, and missing-item claims close on December 31, 2026.

What physical pre-orders do not get

Physical pre-orders got a code for Open Beta Early Access from the retailer. The Inner Circuit M4, Shattered Relay blueprint, Campaign Early Access and DMZ Early Access are tied to digital editions, and the Hunter Killer skin and Gilded Pearl pack are listed for the Digital Standard or Vault Edition. Activision also says physical pre-orders cannot be upgraded to the Vault Edition, which is digital only.

Can I still get a serialized Gilded Ruin camo?

Not confirmed. Only the first 100,000 players to finish the challenge got a numbered copy, and Activision has not said whether any are left. Finishing the challenge still unlocks the standard Gilded Ruin.
