Zodiac is Warzone’s new Resurgence map, arriving with Season 1 on November 6, 2026. It is a compact drone factory headquarters in South Korea with 10 POIs: Admin, Trackline, Furnace, Solar, Old Mines, Dispatch, Depot, Sentinel, Cooling and R&D. It hosts Resurgence, Resurgence Casual, the new Rally Point mode and Loaded Resurgence.
The map details come from Activision’s Warzone Season 1 overview of November 2. Season 1 also resets Player Level across Multiplayer, DMZ and Warzone, and our MW4 boosting page covers leveling and camos if you want to skip part of the restart.
When Zodiac goes live
Activision says Warzone Season 1 goes live at 0000 ET on November 6 (2100 PT on November 5) on all platforms. Zodiac is a launch map. The other times below are our conversion.
| Region | Zodiac goes live |
|---|---|
| Pacific Time (PT) | 9:00 PM, November 5 |
| Eastern Time (ET) | 12:00 AM, November 6 |
| UTC / London (GMT) | 5:00 AM, November 6 |
| Central Europe (CET) | 6:00 AM, November 6 |

Zodiac was built by Beenox with Infinity Ward. Activision notes that Beenox also made Rebirth Island and Vondel.
All 10 Zodiac POIs
Zodiac sits inside the DRC Advanced Systems drone assembly and manufacturing headquarters. Activision names all ten POIs but only describes some of them:
| POI | What Activision says about it |
|---|---|
| Admin | The central administrative tower, with tall offices |
| Trackline | A double railway that cuts across the facility, with moving trains |
| Furnace | An industrial area built around heavy manufacturing equipment |
| R&D | Research facilities |
| Solar | Named only |
| Old Mines | Named only |
| Dispatch | Named only |
| Depot | Named only |
| Sentinel | Named only |
| Cooling | Named only |
Across the map, Activision lists factory interiors, research labs, elevated rooftops, underground tunnels and coastal terrain.

Trains, tunnels and hazards on Zodiac
Trackline’s moving trains run through the middle of the map, so the railway is not a safe place to stand. Underground tunnels let squads cross beneath the fight and come up somewhere unexpected.
Activision also lists these interactive elements on Zodiac:
- Moving solar panels.
- Furnace conveyor belts.
- Explosive fuel barrels, which players can move and the Grabber Drone can carry.

Resurgence features you will use on Zodiac
Two systems are Resurgence-only in Season 1, so they apply on Zodiac:
- Weapon Trade Station: swap your equipped weapon for one of a higher rarity with more attachments.
- Drop Kits: bonuses for your next redeploy. Insured keeps all your cash and redeploys you faster; Loadout brings back your current loadout; Armored gives full armor, bonus perks and a Self-Revive; Radar gives an active Radar Ping and a supply sweep.
Rally Point: the 20-player mode on Zodiac
Rally Point is a new limited-time mode on Zodiac for up to 20 players. Activision calls it a training ground. There is no circle, Resurgence is infinite, and players can drop in and out whenever they like.
- What you do: explore, complete contracts, fight Hostile Soldiers and chase your own elimination high score.
- Events: Hostile Choppers, JLTV Deliveries and Elite Hostile Reinforcements.
- Neutral Grounds: safe spots where you can rest or form alliances of up to four players without leaving the match.
- Rewards: an exclusive weapon blueprint and two weapon camos. Their names have not been announced.
- Rally Point only: the Aerial Scanner killstreak, and the Redeploy Drone field upgrade (also in Massive Resurgence on Hajin).
Activision’s own wording on a Nuke is a tease: “Rumor has it that a Nuke might even be available for purchase” for squads chasing high kill runs. That is not a confirmed feature yet. For how the Warzone Nuke worked before Season 1, see our Warzone Nuke guide.
Loaded Resurgence and the other Zodiac modes
- Resurgence and Resurgence Casual: the main modes on Zodiac, and on Rebirth Island once it returns later in Season 1. No date has been given; our Verdansk and Rebirth Island return guide tracks both.
- Loaded Resurgence: up to 44 players on Zodiac or Rebirth Island. You start with your chosen loadout and keep your equipped weapons after death, so no loadout drop is needed. Eliminations earn perks toward Specialist.
- Mid-season: Extreme Resurgence and Rockets and Snipers are coming. Activision has not said which maps they use.
The large Battle Royale map is Hajin, covered in our Warzone Hajin map guide. For the new camo track, see our Warzone Mastery Camos guide, and for the wider changes on November 6, when MW4 comes to Warzone.
