Where do I find my Activision ID?

An Activision ID looks like RaiderX#1234567. The # and the digits after it are part of the ID — names on their own are not unique, so an ID without the numbers cannot be delivered to.

In game

  1. Open Settings (Options on console).
  2. Go to Account & Network.
  3. Your Activision ID is shown under your Activision account, numbers included.

On the web

Sign in at profile.callofduty.com. Your Activision ID appears next to your name at the top of the profile. This is the easiest way to copy it exactly rather than typing it from a screen.

Three things that go wrong

  • Leaving off the numbers. “RaiderX” is not an ID. Include everything from the first character to the last digit.
  • Typing a lookalike character. Capital I, lowercase l and the digit 1 are easy to mix up in some fonts. Copy and paste if you can.
  • Giving the display name from a different platform. Your Xbox gamertag or PSN ID is not your Activision ID, even though both show up in game.
Cross-progression has to be on for work done in one place to land on your Activision profile. If you are ordering boosting, check that before the run starts.
