Where do I find my Riot ID?

A Riot ID is a name plus a tagline, written as RaiderX#EUW. The tagline after the # is part of the ID — the name on its own is not unique.

In game

Your Riot ID is displayed with your name in the client, usually at the top of the screen. Hover or open your profile to see the tagline if it is hidden.

Name and tagline together are the ID. Taglines are not always the region code — copy whatever yours shows.

On the web

  1. Sign in at account.riotgames.com.
  2. Your Riot ID and tagline are shown in the account section, where they can also be changed.

Watch out for

  • The tagline is not always your region. It defaults to something like EUW or NA but can be edited, so do not assume — read yours.
  • Your summoner name and your Riot ID may differ if you have not updated an older account. Give us the Riot ID.
  • One account, several games. The same Riot ID covers all of them, so it is the right thing to give us regardless of which game the order is for.
