Black Ops 7 Season 6: The Haunting is live, and many of the season’s headline rewards are free. Verify your email for the Veiled Aurora camo and 5 hours each of Level, Weapon and Battle Pass 2XP, play the Camo Costume Party for nine camos and the Arcblade, climb the DOOM Pass free track to the Roc 20mm, and clear Weekly Challenges for two animated camos and an FG42 blueprint.
Every free reward in Black Ops 7 Season 6
Season 06 went live on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 9AM PT. Every list on this page comes from the official Season 06 announcement and the launch patch notes. The table covers every free reward path in the Season 06 announcement; the item-by-item lists are in the sections below. Everything in it is earnable without buying the Battle Pass, BlackCell or the DOOM Pass premium track.

That is over 45 weapon camos across the season, most of them universal. The Camo Costume Party, Weekly Challenge and Ranked camos only exist during Season 06.

This is the only reward on the list that takes two minutes. Activision’s email verification article lists the package: the Veiled Aurora weapon camo, five hours of Double Level XP, five hours of Double Weapon XP and five hours of Double Battle Pass XP.
- Go to callofduty.com/verify-email and log in to your Activision account.
- Check that you can open the email address shown, then select Send Verification Email.
- Open the link in the email. The rewards arrive the next time you launch the game; if the game was running, restart it.
If you verified during an earlier season, Activision says the rewards were granted automatically and you do not need to verify again. Do this first: the 2XP covers the weapon levels and Weekly Challenges further down.
Camo Costume Party: nine camos and the Arcblade
The Camo Costume Party is this season’s camo event. You earn its rewards by completing Weapon Class Camo Challenges in all four modes: Multiplayer, Zombies, Endgame and Warzone. The announcement tells players to cover every mode, and the per-mode challenge list is not published outside the game.
- Standard camos: Oozed, Undergrowth, Gray Matter, Zombie Mai Tai, Patchwork
- Animated camos: Gravebloom, Grubs, Malignant, Death Row
- Arcblade melee weapon, a bladed tonfa with 30 weapon levels and Mastery Badges
One label to watch: the event itself carries no timing tag in the announcement or the launch patch notes, but the Arcblade weapon entry is tagged (In-Season). Expect the event page in game to show the exact window.
DOOM Event Pass free track: ten rewards ending with the Roc 20mm
The DOOM Event Pass is a limited-time pass. Activision lists it as (In-Season) but has not published exact dates, and the same announcement tags its final reward, the Roc 20mm, (Launch), so the two labels do not agree. It has two tracks. The free track pays out for XP milestones earned in any mode, in this order:
- Researcher Operator Skin for Wei Lin
- Soul Harvest Spray
- 1-Hour Double Weapon XP Token
- Daisy Sticker
- Demon Slaughter Loading Screen
- Praetor Helm Emblem
- Doom 1993 Large Decal
- Scientist Operator Skin for Falkner
- Mini Slayer Weapon Charm
- Roc 20mm special weapon
The premium track adds the Doom Slayer Operator, the Doom Guy skin, the Crucible katana blueprint, the BFG Siren blueprint and six more items. Nothing on the free track requires it. The full pass and its camo checklist are in the DOOM Event Pass rewards guide.
Weekly Challenges: Jelly, Leviathan and the Pearl Mollusk FG42
Weekly Challenges live under Career, Challenges. Complete any six challenges in a week, across any mix of the four modes, and the weekly reward unlocks. The announcement lists three of those rewards as new attachments: the VS Rebound Havoc Repeater, the Dravec 45 Aftermath Vertical Magazine and the Sokol 545 Warpath Blitz Kit.
The season-long rewards sit on top of that:
- Jelly universal animated camo: earn any two weekly rewards.
- Leviathan universal animated camo: earn every weekly reward in Season 06. The in-game menu shows four weeks.
- Pearl Mollusk FG42 assault rifle blueprint: part of the Weekly Rewards Challenges.
Anything you did not finish through Season 05 Weekly Challenges moves to the Armory during Season 06, where it unlocks through Armory Challenges instead.
Ranked Play rewards in Multiplayer and Warzone
Both Ranked seasons are shorter than usual. The Multiplayer rewards, all limited to Season 06:
- 5 wins: Pro Re-Issue M15 Mod 0 assault rifle blueprint
- 50 wins: Ranked Season 06 large decal
- Silver: calling card. Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Crimson: calling card and weapon camo
- Iridescent and Top 250: animated calling card and camo (the Top 250 camo is animated)
- Top 250 #1: Champion animated calling card
Warzone Resurgence Ranked mirrors that ladder, with the Glory of Gilgamesh Carbon 57 blueprint for five top placements instead of five wins. The announcement listed 100 top placements for the large decal, but the Warzone Season 06 patch notes cut that to 25 to fit the four-week season; the blueprint stays at 5.
Zombies, Warzone and Dark Ops rewards
More free unlocks, none of them tied to a pass:
- Tenshu (new Survival map): Mononoke Neko animated emblem at round 10, Sleepy Cat weapon charm at round 25, Wonderbar! GobbleGum at round 50, with 1,000 to 5,000 XP each.
- Rex Infernus: finishing Directed Mode gives the Netherclaw skin for the Warden’s Blight wonder weapon, a completion calling card and 5,000 XP. The Starting Room variant pays a GobbleGum and XP at rounds 10, 20 and 30. Details are in the Season 6 Zombies guide.
- Rogue Run: the new Paradox Junction and Kowakujō playlists each pay GobbleGums and XP at round milestones in Casual and Hardcore, with a calling card (Makeshift Defense, Golden Opportunity) for 15 rounds at Relic Tier III in Hardcore. Three new pedestal upgrades (Pack-a-Punch Tier IV, an Ultra-rarity weapon upgrade, Golden Armor) arrive across all Rogue Run playlists.
- Super Easter Egg: players who have finished every round-based Main Quest get new launch rewards, including The Warden as an unlockable Operator. Activision gives no further detail.
- Warzone win streaks: Eye of the Storm and Stormfront camos at 10 and 25 straight Battle Royale wins, Harvest Haunt and Neon Nightmare at 30 and 50 in Resurgence, Crimson Omen and Contagion at 10 and 25 in Black Ops Royale. The patch notes call Season 06 the last chance to play Black Ops Royale.
- Dark Ops Challenges, Prestige Titles and Endgame: one new Dark Ops challenge per mode, each with a calling card, five Prestige Title Challenges, and a final unlockable Endgame Operator Skin. Activision has not published what any of them ask for.
Black Ops 7 Season 6 start time and the four new weapons
Activision gave one launch time for every platform, September 17 at 9AM PT. The other zones are converted from it.

Each has three Weapon Prestige camos, which is where 12 of the season’s 45-plus camos come from. Attachments, Prestige camo names and the Armory rules are in the Season 6 weapons guide. When did Black Ops 7 Season 6 start?
Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 9AM PT on every platform, per the official announcement. That is 12PM ET, 5PM BST, 6PM CEST and 2AM AEST on Friday, September 18.
Is the DOOM Event Pass free?
The free track is. It has ten rewards, including the Roc 20mm, and you earn them by hitting XP milestones in any mode. The premium track with the Doom Slayer Operator is a separate purchase. Start and end dates are not published as of September 18, 2026.
How do I get the Arcblade?
Through the Camo Costume Party event, by completing Weapon Class Camo Challenges across Multiplayer, Zombies, Endgame and Warzone. The weapon is tagged in-season, so check the event page in game for the window.
Do I need the Battle Pass to get the VMP and TR51 Para?
No. The VMP is the Page 3 completion reward and the TR51 Para is the Page 6 completion reward, both on the free side of the pass. The paid Battle Pass adds premium rewards, but it is not required for either base weapon.
How many camos can I earn in Season 6?
Over 45, by Activision’s count. The free ones are the 12 Weapon Prestige camos, 9 Camo Costume Party camos, 2 Weekly Challenge camos, 6 Warzone win streak camos and the Ranked camos from Gold up in each Ranked mode. The 6 BlackCell camos require BlackCell.
Is Season 6 the last Black Ops 7 season?
Not confirmed. Dexerto calls it the last major update before Modern Warfare 4 launches on October 23, and Activision has shortened both Ranked seasons, but it has not said seasonal support ends. Our Modern Warfare 4 release date guide has the launch schedule.
