Helldivers 2 Super Credits: How to Farm Enough for a Warbond

At 10 credits a stack, a Premium Warbond is about 100 pickups, fewer once Helldivers Mobilize and each finished Warbond hand some back. Here is where those stacks spawn and which maps pack in the most.

Helldivers 2 Super Credits drop as stacks of 10, and very rarely 100, inside the pods, cargo containers and bunkers at Minor Places of Interest. The community wiki says those points spawn most densely on Trivial to Medium, so the standard farm is sweeping every point of interest on low-difficulty, non-Eradicate maps. Credits count the moment anyone picks them up.

Super Credits are the premium currency: Arrowhead’s own support page on the game’s currencies says they “can be purchased or discovered through gameplay” and are spent on Warbonds and store armor. This guide covers the discovered part: where they spawn, which maps to farm, and how many pickups a Premium Warbond actually takes.

Where Helldivers 2 Super Credits drop

The spawn rules in this section come from the community-run Helldivers Wiki, checked on September 22, 2026. Arrowhead does not publish loot tables.

Super Credits only come from special loot slots at Minor Places of Interest, the small marked sites scattered around a mission map. There are three kinds of container, and the wiki’s Minor Places of Interest page gives each a fixed number of slots:

ContainerSpecial loot slotsHow to open it
Pod1Interact and hold still for about a second
Cargo container2Any explosion strong enough, such as a G-6 Frag or G-12 High Explosive grenade, the R-36 Eruptor, or an Exosuit stomp
Bunker3Two Helldivers press the door buttons at the same time, or one uses the LIFT-182 Warp Pack

Each slot rolls one item: a support weapon, a stack of 10 (rarely 100) Super Credits, 100 (rarely 1,000) Requisition Slips, a case of 1 to 3 medals, or a single Rare Sample. So no container is guaranteed to hold credits, but a bunker gets three rolls to a pod’s one. That makes bunkers the best single stop, if you have a second player to open the door.

Two rules make farming forgiving. The wiki notes that Super Credits are credited to every Helldiver in the mission the moment anyone picks them up, and they stay on your account even if the squad abandons the mission without extracting. Unlike samples, there is nothing to carry home.

Factory planets were a blind spot until recently. Arrowhead’s 7.0.0 patch notes of August 12, 2026 say Helldivers now have a chance to find Super Credits on Factory Worlds, and fix a bug that stopped them spawning in Factory Cities.

Best difficulty and missions for a Super Credit farm

Difficulty changes Super Credit farming more than anything else, and not in the direction most players expect. The wiki says Minor Places of Interest spawn more densely on Trivial to Medium (difficulties 1 to 3), which is why it calls those levels a good place to find Super Credits.

The wiki’s Difficulty page explains why. Map radius grows from 250 metres on Trivial to 400 metres by Challenging, and after the map reaches full size, extra objectives, outposts and nests take up space that would otherwise hold a point of interest. From Challenging (difficulty 4) enemies can also guard those points, so more of them cost a fight.

  • Pick Trivial to Medium. Small maps, dense points of interest, few guards.
  • Skip Eradicate missions. The wiki says Eradicate maps cannot spawn Minor Places of Interest at all, so there is nothing to loot.
  • Bring a second player. Bunkers have the most slots and need two people, or a Warp Pack, to open.
  • Carry something that opens cargo containers, such as frag or high-explosive grenades.

Low difficulty is the wrong place for samples, though. Rare Samples only start on Challenging and Super Samples on Extreme, so if you are also working through ship modules, our guide to where to find Super Samples covers the other end of the difficulty range.

How to farm Super Credits in Helldivers 2, step by step

The route below follows the wiki’s advice to move “quickly and efficiently” from one point of interest to the next. Every detail comes from the wiki pages cited above.

  1. Choose a Trivial, Easy or Medium mission that is not Eradicate. Factory Worlds are back in the pool since 7.0.0.
  2. Read the minimap first. Every Minor Place of Interest is drawn on it, and moving the marker cursor over the map can sometimes label them.
  3. Watch the compass. It shows a question mark when you are within 60 metres of an undiscovered point of interest.
  4. Look for pod beams. A closed pod sends up a signal beam you can see from 11 metres and beyond, and its pulse sound carries about 65 metres.
  5. Do the Radar Station side objective if the map has one. It highlights every point of interest.
  6. Open everything, grab the credits, move on. The credits are banked on pickup, so once the map is swept there is no need to finish the main objective to keep them.

One habit saves time in bunkers. The wiki’s Bunker page notes that pinging towards the loot shelves from the door marks what is inside, so you can tell whether a bunker holds a support weapon or Rare Samples before you walk in. Instantly banked loot, including Super Credits, can’t be pinged, so an unmarked shelf is worth checking rather than skipping.

How many Super Credits per hour can you farm?

Arrowhead has never published a rate, and neither has the wiki. Figures on other sites are player estimates, and they swing with squad size, map luck and how many rare 100-credit stacks turn up, so we don’t print one.

What Arrowhead has said is where the ceiling is. In Super Credits & A Fairer Galactic War on July 9, 2026, it announced monitoring for accounts that earn credits “substantially higher than the highest players earning ever recorded”, aimed at cheaters, botters and duplication exploits. The same post says players “grinding maps, clearing POIs, looting bunkers” will not notice any change, and that the checks cover medals, samples and Requisition too.

A more useful number than credits per hour is pickups per goal. At 10 credits a stack, 1,000 Super Credits is 100 pickups. Every rare 100-credit stack cuts that by nine.

Can free Super Credits pay for a Premium Warbond?

Yes, and the first one comes faster than the pickup count suggests. Arrowhead’s support page on Legendary Warbonds gives the usual Warbond price as 1,000 Super Credits and says Legendary Warbonds are priced differently from that. The only Legendary price it names is the ODST Warbond, at 1,500. The rest of the figures below come from the wiki.

Source or costSuper CreditsNotes
Helldivers Mobilize (free Warbond)+750A 50 or 100 stack on every page, bought with medals
Each Premium Warbond you finish+300100 per page, costing 7, 12 and 32 medals

Legendary Warbond price (ODST)−1,500The price Arrowhead names for the ODST Warbond
Other Legendary WarbondsVariesPriced differently from 1,000; check the price in game

Put together, the maths works like this:

  • First Premium Warbond: the 750 from Helldivers Mobilize leaves 250 to farm, or 25 stacks of 10.
  • Every Premium Warbond after that: the 300 you claimed from the last one leaves 700 to farm, or 70 stacks.
  • The ODST Legendary Warbond: 1,500, or 150 stacks. For any other Legendary Warbond, check its price in game and divide by 10.

The Warbond stacks cost medals rather than time on the map. The three 100-credit stacks in a Premium Warbond take 51 medals in total, which is why medals and Super Credits are really one grind. Our guide on how to farm Medals covers that side, including the 250 medal cap. For the latest Premium Warbond’s page-by-page costs, see the Ironclad Democracy Warbond breakdown.

Super Credits also buy items in the Superstore, and the Premium Warbonds keep coming.

Buying Helldivers 2 Super Credits

Super Credits are an official currency sold for real money. The wiki lists the in-game Acquisition Center as the place to buy them, and Sony sells the same packs on the PlayStation Store. The 1,000 Super Credits listing describes the pack as 750 Super Credits plus an extra 250 awarded as a bonus.

Two facts are worth knowing before you buy from anyone. Arrowhead’s July 2026 monitoring covers how fast an account earns currency in missions, and its post names cheating, botting and duplication as the targets. It does not say anything about third-party sellers either way.

Our Super Credits packs are delivered as codes, sent by email and to your order ticket right after payment. The full list is on our Helldivers 2 items page.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best way to farm Super Credits in Helldivers 2?

Sweep every Minor Place of Interest on Trivial to Medium maps, skipping Eradicate missions, and open every pod, cargo container and bunker. The wiki says points of interest spawn most densely on those difficulties.

Do you keep Super Credits if you abandon the mission?

Yes. They are credited to every Helldiver in the mission as soon as anyone picks them up, so you keep them without extracting.

How many Super Credits is a Premium Warbond?

1,000, according to Arrowhead’s support page. Each Premium Warbond hands 300 back across its three pages. Legendary Warbonds are priced differently: the ODST Warbond is 1,500, and other Legendary Warbonds should be checked in game.

Are Super Credits shared with the squad?

Yes. One person picking up a stack credits it to everyone in the mission.

Can you get Super Credits on Factory Worlds?

Yes, since patch 7.0.0 on August 12, 2026. Arrowhead’s notes say Helldivers now have a chance to find them there.

Will farming Super Credits get you flagged?

Arrowhead says normal play, including long sessions of clearing points of interest and looting bunkers, is not affected. Its monitoring targets rates “substantially higher” than any legitimate player has recorded, from cheats, bots and duplication exploits.
